Dry White

Vidal Blanc – (sold out) Very floral with tropical fruit aromas, crips citrusy finish. 

Vidal Blanc Off Dry – (sold out) With a little touch of sweetness this wine and its floral and tropical fruit flavors is sure to please. Goes wonderfully with spicier foods. 

Chardonnay Reserve – Aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels. This wine has flavors of apple and papaya, with a gentle touch of toasted oak that brings out notes of vanilla. Medium body and complex. Pairs wonderfully with lighter dishes like white fish or chicken. 

Chardonnay – Delicate and smooth with no oak. 

Night Owl – (Sold out) Crisp white blend of Cayuga and Vidal Blanc grapes. Tropical fruit flavors.

Pinot Grigio – This beautiful white wine is floral and crisp with hints green apple and citrus. Have it alone or pair it with lighter dishes like chicken and pasta. 

Dry Red 

Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 – (sold out) Decadent and rich. Flavors of black cherry and dark chocolate on the palate layered with hints of graphite and leather. Full bodied, well-integrated plush tannins with a wonderful smooth toasty finish. Aged 12 months in American oak. This wine is an excellent pairing with hearty meat dishes like lamb, beef and braised wild game, and firm cheeses. 

Merlot – A smooth delightful red wine, well balanced with berry aromas. 

Wildman Red – (sold out) Light and versatile dry red made from Lemberger grapes. Ideal with BBQ foods. 

Hat Trick – Blend of three hybrid grapes, Corot Noir, Baco Noir and Noiret. 

Bonfire – Deep dark red with notes of pepper and spice. Bold but very smooth 

Sweet White

Solstice – Bursting with tropical fruit flavors and aromas. 

Niagara – Floral and sweet. The most grapey of grapes. 

Morning Glory – (Sold out) Flavors of peach and tropical fruit. pairs well with Asian cuisine. 

Indian Summer – Sweet & tart with hints of pink grapefruit. 

Spice of Life – Like pumpkin pie in a glass. Try a sip, you’ll be glad you did. 

Sweet Red

Cranberry – Sweet and tart with a fantastic ruby red color. 

Deliciously Red – Concord with a touch of raspberry. The name says it all.
